4. Listing
You are responsible for the content of your listings, shipping and any disputes.
To ensure the quality of items listed. The items listed should be in a good state, not worn or only worn a few times, so as to ensure the item(s) sold are of good quality (preferably a maximum of three times)
The items should be dispatched to the buyer in a clean and good state (Preferably dry cleaned)
You must ensure that your items comply with our policies and applicable laws.
You must declare any defects in the listing within the description and are responsible for all disputes with the buyer.                                                                    You must indicate if you do not accept refunds/ returns on item(s) to ensure transparency and a hassle-free process during the selling process.                            You are responsible for all disputes with the buyer.

5. Fees
Akhwat has a free listing for its sellers, deducting a % only from the final value fee, based on the sale price. As a buyer, you can select a membership to get the most benefit from using the website.
Listing and membership fees are outlined on our pricing page. Fees may change, and you will be notified of any changes.
Akhwat is committed to making a positive impact beyond fashion. A portion of our profits is donated to charity that supports education and women’s empowerment initiatives.

6. User obligations
You must not use the website for any unlawful purpose.
You agree not to impersonate any person or entity.
Users must NOT misuse, provide feedback, return, or dispute payments.
Users have the right to report misuse. This could lead to suspension/ termination of the misusers account.

7. Intellectual property
All content on our website is owned by us for our licensor. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our website.

This alignment will be based on evidence and evaluation of patterns of behaviour, to be considered for suspension or termination of the account.
